National YPWW
National Young People Willing Workers (YPWW) is a dedicated organization within the Church of God In Christ, International, Inc. that focuses on cultivating the spiritual growth and leadership skills of our youth and young adult members.
Our mission is to provide a platform where the youth can actively engage in the ministry of the Church, develop their faith, and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Through a variety of programs, events, and initiatives, we aim to empower our young members to be strong ambassadors of Christ, equipped to navigate the challenges of today's world with resilience and grace.
Elder Stephen Riddick
National Young People Willing Workers President
Born in Ahoskie, North Carolina, he developed a strong work ethic early in life. He holds a Master's degree in Theology from William Clemon Davis Bible College.
Ordained as an Elder, Stephen serves at Original COGIC International in Brooklyn, NY, and ministers to incarcerated individuals and those struggling with addiction. In 2012, he was appointed President of the Elder and Pastor’s Council, and in 2021, he became the National President of the YPWW Department of COGIC International. He is also the founder of Rooftop Ministries Inc.
Married to Raenette (Gatling) Riddick, Stephen is the proud father of three children and grandfather of one granddaughter. He is known for his belief in focusing on where people are going, not where they come from.
